Oral Drainage of Fuel Tank
After scratching our heads on how to get the fuel out of the tank so we could move it to clean beneath it and patch the hole in the hull, it came to oral drainage (notice my mouth on the blue hose) resulting in multiple mouthfuls of diesel. A new experience. Filled 3, 55 gallon drums of diesel, and then were able to prop it up on its side. Then we spent a lot of time cleaning the gunk from under the tank. We fired up our propane cooker and employed spic and span along with boiling water to cut the grease.
